What this training is about

- Advanced protocols for emotional centering and nervous system regulation
- Sound bath techniques with bowls, gong, and elemental instruments
- Group facilitation frameworks in a safe, supportive setting

How it works
You can enter the training in two ways. Both start with the One-Day Intensive (Dec 11); from there you either conclude your experience, or continue with the Residential Module (Dec 12–14) plus online theory.
Option 1:
One-Day Intensive (Foundational)
Retreat Monferrato (TO)

You will learn

- Five Elements: acoustic qualities and instruments
- Gong: harmonic richness & entrainment
- Binaural beats and hemispheric balancing with bowls
