Integration Retreats are designed to gently support the integration of your psychedelic experiences in a peaceful, safe, and inspiring environment—surrounded by nature in the heart of Monferrato, Italy.
Over three days, you will be guided in an atmosphere of sharing, listening, and presence, in order to transform your inner experience into a path of balance, meaning, and creativity.
Group format
Three days in intimate groups of 8 to 10 participants—a space of trust and connection.
Guided sharing circles
Moments of deep listening and communion, to give voice to the experience and make sense of it.
Artistic practices and symbolic rituals
Express the experience through art, movement, and conscious creation.
Meditation, breathing, movement, transpersonal hypnosis
Practices to anchor consciousness and open the body to integration.
Immersion in nature
Time for silence, mindful walking, and reconnecting with the elements.
Vegetarian and local cuisine
Mindful eating, carefully prepared to nourish the body and mind.
Transmission of practical tools
To continue integration into your daily life after your stay.
