We are delighted to invite you to a day of immersion in wellbeing and authentic connection, guided by Hatisuara, with their cacao produced in Bali.
An opportunity to gather in the power of the heart, sharing moments of deep connection – and lightness – to rediscover harmony, peace, and inspiration.
An indigenous Mayan myth tells us that whenever the balance between humans and nature is threatened, the Spirit of Cacao comes from the forest to open people’s hearts and restore harmony to the planet.
During our Cacao Ceremony, we come together to celebrate the Spirit of Cacao with a Sound Healing fully dedicated to the power of heart opening.
With us, a special ingredient that over the past six years we have learned to appreciate and use during Cacao Ceremonies in Bali: Theobroma Cacao—the cacao plant, the mother of chocolate.
The “Spirit of Cacao,” often referred to as Rainbow Medicine or Soul Medicine, is an ancient guardian of the Earth’s wisdom.
With its gentle and loving vibrations, it supports the release of emotions and opens our hearts to unconditional love. When experienced in a ceremonial context, Cacao can serve as a powerful guide for personal transformation and self-healing.
We will drink one or more cups of Cacao—100% raw cacao, organically grown and enriched with a spice recipe. The cacao beans are hand-harvested and processed by us in the Kintamani region of Bali.
All of this will be amplified by the sound of harmonic instruments that will gradually carry us into a deep sonic journey—a kaleidoscope of sounds, colors, and visions from near and far worlds. A profound and relaxing three-hour meditation that will help us reconnect with our inner world.
Our body is the gateway to incredible power. It is simple and hidden, yet it unlocks immense potential. It is the path that leads to “The Way.” An extraordinary journey to rediscover our personal power.
We will do this through a series of extraordinary practices—easy to learn and combined in surprising ways. These include Qi Gong, Tandava, and Bioenergetics.
We will be guided by meditation and accompanied by live music and a DJ set—it will be amazing!
Bioenergetic practices use simple physical exercises in sync with breathing. The goal is to release physical tension, repressed emotions, and blocked energy—and the results are astonishing!
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese philosophy and practice based on movement and meditation. It brings calm, stability, and flow—it’s a wonderful experience!
In the mystical dance Tandava, the body expands and gradually becomes more sensitive to sensory perception and emotions—a truly transformative experience.
Step by step, these simple practices allow a bodily intelligence to emerge, leading us into a spontaneous and profound Ecstatic Dance.
In the Indonesian language, HATI SUARA literally means “heart of the voice.” The sound of the heart. HATI is the heart, the core of the soul and healing, while SUARA is sound, melody, and vibration.
HATISUARA is an Italian sound healing duo formed in Bali, composed of Mariacristina Busso and Luca Saini.
Luca and Mariacristina are tireless travelers: Luca is a director and visual artist, while Mariacristina is a restorer and artistic decorator.
For about ten years, they have shared a passion for researching and studying sound in artistic, therapeutic, and ritual contexts—from indigenous and traditional cultures to the most recent explorations of consciousness and neuroscience.
For several years they have been offering individual and group sessions of Sound Healing, Cacao Ceremony, Ecstatic Dance, Mindful Walking + Silent Disco, Forest Bathing, Art Therapy (drawing and photographic self-portrait), Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, within retreats and workshops.
